The Band
The full 9 piece band is ideal for any celebration or event. Fronted by two powerful singers and supported by an outstanding three piece horn section, the band are fully equipped to bring the house down!
Performing classics by artists such as Stevie Wonder and James Brown to modern pop by the likes of Beyonce, Jamiroquai and Mark Ronson the band caters for all tastes and have never played to an empty dance floor yet! The band come with their own 2k PA system, professional lighting and effects and can hire in equipment for larger events without a problem. They can also provide music before, between and after sets at no extra cost to save you hiring a DJ.
The White Keys function band usually perform for two 45 minute sets but this is fully negotiable and depends entirely on your event. We can also offer the band as a 6 piece for smaller budgets.
The White Keys Jazz Trio
The band can also provide a jazz set, ideal for restaurants, receptions, during dinner music or anywhere else you feel may benefit from some sophisticated background music. The band can be hired as a duo (Guitar and Saxophone), a three piece (Guitar/Piano, Bass and Drums) or a Quartet (Guitar/Piano, Bass, Drums & a Singer/ Saxophone/ Trumpet). The group can be hired separately or in addition to the full band and will usually provide around an hour and a half of background music, although again, this is completely negotiable.
Peter Lee Jazz/Ambient/Classical Pianist
If you'd rather something a little more subtle, why not add our fantastic pianist to your package? Peter Lee is presently one of the most in demand pianists on the Jazz scene in Leeds and in his home town of Cardiff. He maintains a number of regular residencies in Bars and Restaurants across the UK as well as regularly performing at Jazz festivals. With a repertoire covering Pop, Soul, Jazz and Classical, Pete is more than capable of catering to your requirements. As with our Jazz Trio, a singer - or any other instrument can be added to this package and is available as a separate or additional act.
